Syracuse, New York – Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that Ashley D. Hayes and Maureen E. Maney have been made Partners.Ms. Hayes, who holds a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes, intellectual property and products liability matters. Ms Hayes also handles the prosecution of trademark applications in the United States and overseas. She is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association (Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee), the NYS Bar Association, the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association, the CNY Women's Bar Association and is Vice-President of the Syracuse University Law Alumni Association. Ms. Maney, a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University (magna cum laude) and Le Moyne College (Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude), concentrates her practice on civil litigation, representing businesses, hospitals, organizations, and individuals in commercial, personal injury and product liability litigation. She is President of the CNY Women's Bar Association and a member of the Onondaga County and NYS Bar Associations. Ms. Maney serves as a delegate on the Judicial Screening Committee of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York and is a member of the Committee on Women and the Courts for the Fifth Judicial District.
