Emer M. Stack Joins Hancock Estabrook, LLP

SEPTEMBER 10, 2018, Syracuse, NY — Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that Emer M. Stack has joined the Firm as an associate.

Ms. Stack will join the Firm’s Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups. She represents diverse clients in both state and federal courts throughout New York State.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Stack served as law clerk to Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of New York, and was a law clerk in the Staff Attorney’s Office for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a graduate of Cornell University and received her J.D. degree cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar, served as Article and Notes Editor for the Fordham Law Review and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
