Syracuse, New York – Hancock Estabrook, LLP attorneys James Hughes and John Powers spoke to owners, construction managers and attorneys on Construction Contracting Procurement Methods and Handling of Claims for Lorman Educational Services, May 12, 2009.
Mr. Hughes and Mr. Powers addressed the legal issues commonly encountered in major construction projects. They also discussed management issues and the types of disputes that can occur on such projects.

Mr. Powers is a commercial litigator who represents clients in construction litigation, and other types of complex commercial litigation, in federal court and state court, as well as in other alternative dispute resolution forums.
