Compensation and Benefits

Starting salaries and benefits for our new attorneys are very competitive with other Central and Upstate New York law firms. We also provide new law student recruits with a bonus to assist with relocation and bar review expenses. Associates receive a substantial contribution toward health and dental insurance, two weeks' paid vacation, long-term disability, short-term disability and life insurance coverage, an employee assistance program, paid bar association dues, subsidized continuing legal education and the opportunity to participate in the Firm's 401(k) program.
